Record tours in your own product with the Chrome recorder extension, edit the steps, and let users (or the AI agent) play them back — digital adoption without another vendor.
How it fits together
Section titled “How it fits together”A Workspace is your tenant. Inboxes are channel instances (widget, email, Slack, Telegram, API) that feed Conversations with your Contacts. Knowledge sources ingest content into documents and chunks for retrieval. The AI agent sits on an inbox, answers from knowledge, runs tools, and escalates to your team when needed. Tours guide users through your product, and the MCP server exposes the whole workspace to AI clients like Claude.
